CrossFit Pell City is a unique facility that is specifically structured around providing our athletes the tools they need to become better emotionally, mentally, spiritually, relationally, and physically.  1 Timothy 4:8 - "For while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come."  We hope to grow as a community of athletes that are all in constant pursuit of self-improvement.  If looking to get into the best shape of your life is one of your goals, then you've come to the right place.  We expect the best from our athletes and you can expect the best from us.

We are a community of athletes dedicated to becoming examples of fitness to friends and family. Looking and feeling spectacular is just a side effect we all experience.   If you are interested in becoming healthier, stronger, leaner, and all around better in all areas physical, then CrossFit is for you.  We teach you to move like humans were designed to.  And we focus on your development as an athlete, no matter your starting point.

CrossFit Pell City is not your ordinary gym. We offer a program that works and our members can prove it.  You don't need to just trust our opinion on the matter, come in and talk to a few of our athletes to see what they have accomplished!  Ask about how athletes can shed 57lbs, attain 50 consecutive pullups, pull a 500lb deadlift, get a 400lb back squat, or achieve a successful muscle up etc.  Our athletes don't just workout, they accomplish and conquer new tasks each and everyday and have a ton to show for it!

Your 7-year-old and your grandmother can benefit from CrossFit, as well as yourself.  We train young children to grandparents.  The needs of each human differ in degree alone, not in form or function.  Our trainers will scale appropriately to your individual needs, regardless of experience or background.  We train top tier athletes and mom's who have decided to kick their rears into gear after 12 years of living a sedentary life.  You will NOT feel out of place or uncomfortable! We have no mirrors and no vanity within our facility, everyone works hard and encourages one another.  Come experience it for yourself, you won't be disappointed.  The best day to start was yesterday, come in and give it a try today!
