CrossFit Pell City is not your ordinary gym. We offer a program that works and our athletes can prove it.  That is why we always encourage people to come see what our athletes have accomplished, and not just take our word for it.  We are proud of our athletes who have dropped 100+ pounds, run 100 mile endurance races, ran their first 400 meter run, competed in professional sports, and even accomplished their first pushup. Our athletes don't just workout, they accomplish and conquer new levels of fitness each and every day!

A constantly varied technical gymnastics, cardio, and strength-building class focused on developing athletes into healthy, strong, and capable individuals through varied intensity and function.

To begin CrossFit training, all athletes attend our Fundamentals Course to learn technique, proficiency and understanding of the Foundational movements.

All classes have an experienced, qualified, and certified coach in each and every class guiding you through specific warmups, movements, goals, and motivation.

Private 1-on-1 Coaching Packages

CFPC offers Private Training in one-on-one personal training or group training sessions. These sessions are ideal for all levels, and are tailored to address your personal needs and fitness goals.
